Acceptable Use Rules

To keep the platform safe and fair for everyone, you must not:

• give false identity details, documents, qualifications or certificates, or let someone else use your account or sit your exam;
• record, download, copy, share or resell paid content or recordings outside Mashrooh;
• take a sale or payment off the platform, for example by exchanging contact details to be paid directly for programmes or consultations found on Mashrooh;
• harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
• publish content that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or is offensive or misleading, or infringes the rights of others;
• use trainees' personal data, including ID numbers, for anything other than delivering their training;
• try to get around prices, discounts, seat limits or security measures, or use automated programs;
• file false complaints or fake ratings.

If these rules are broken, Mashrooh may take any of these measures:

• remove the content;
• hide programmes;
• stop payouts;
• suspend or close the account;
• report the matter to the competent authorities.
