Payment and Pricing Policy

• Prices are in Saudi riyals, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• The payment methods are those shown at checkout, depending on availability: mada, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay (on Apple devices), Google Pay (on other devices), STC Pay, American Express, and any other method added later.
• Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider, MyFatoorah. Your card number never reaches the Mashrooh platform in any form.
• One discount applies per purchase. Company codes and bundle prices are not combined with other discounts.
• A purchase is confirmed when the payment provider confirms it. If you are charged twice for the same course, the second payment is refunded in full automatically.
• For company training, the company pays its share of the agreed price when it accepts the offer. Each employee pays the rest of the seat price, if any, when enrolling with the company code.
• Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
